1. USE CODE TAGS FOR SNIPPETS
When pasting logs, terminal scripts, or programming code, always wrap them in the built-in code formatting blocks. Use the code bracket tool icon on your editor menu. This activates our syntax highlighter so your code is readable and easier to troubleshoot!
2. KEEP DISCUSSIONS CONSTRUCTIVE AND RESPECTFUL
Treat other members with respect. Debates about languages, frameworks, or operating systems (like Windows vs. Linux) are highly encouraged, but personal attacks or elitism will not be tolerated.
3. NO SPAM OR SELF-PROMOTION
Do not drop links to your products, services, or blog posts without context. If you want to showcase a personal open-source project or app you built, please share it inside our development boards with a proper description of what it does.
4. POST IN THE CORRECT SECTION
Before opening a new topic, make sure it matches the board theme:
- Technology and Gadgets: For consumer tech, hardware, devices, and global tech news.
- Programming and Development: For software design, code logic, architecture, and sharing personal projects.
- Web Design and Systems: For web building, databases, UI/UX, and server configuration.
- Code Help and Troubleshooting: For active bugs, errors, and compiler issues.
